With that noted, here are the particulars about returns and shipping…
Empowerment Package
The Empowerment Package – the complete recordings and transcripts of every interview in the Younger, Longer: The Insider’s Health Summit – provides you truly life-changing, possibly even life-saving, insights from 22 world-renowned doctors and researchers.
We are certain you will be delighted with it, but if for any reason you are not, you have a full 60 days from the date of receipt to request and receive a prompt, courteous, no-questions-asked refund of your full purchase price.
If you do request a refund, everything you’ve downloaded from your digital Empowerment Package is still yours to keep – including all the bonuses you’ve downloaded!

Physical Items
This 60-day money-back guarantee also applies to physical items, such as the print book and USB “flash drive” of the Younger, Longer summit, and you will similarly get a full refund of the purchase price as noted above if you take advantage of the money-back guarantee within 60 days of the shipment date.
We ask that you please ship returned packages to our fulfiller at: The Art of Anti-Aging, 4610 Prime Parkway, McHenry, IL 60050. If you could please send us the tracking number of the returned package once shipped at customerservice@theartofantiaging.com, we can then provide you credit the same day.
If your order came with broken or missing items, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible after receiving your delivery.
For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement.
Packages returned to us refused or undeliverable will be refunded in full less the shipping and handling fees. If you are experiencing issues with the shipment of your order, please contact Customer Care.
We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 60-day return/exchange policy time frame and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 4 days of receipt of the returned product at our warehouse.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.

Shipping
Shipping for physical items is currently FREE for orders shipped to the U.S. When this free U.S. shipping opportunity changes, this notice will change here.
This is free standard U.S. shipping, which typically takes 2 – 3 days to ship out from time of order, and 6 to 10 days to be received by you, our valued customer.
Orders to Canada are currently shipped at a discounted rate of $11. International orders are shipped at a discounted rate of $15. From time of order for Canada/International orders, it typically takes about 10 – 15 days to be received by you, our valued customer, depending on where it is being shipped in the world.
