  4. What a great article. Years ago I belonged to Slenderform/Universal which was health club in it’s day, 1960’s onward. They had full exercise, pool, Danish Cold Dip Plunge, Sauna/steam room and Arizona Dry Heat Room which was the infrared. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. I had a lifetime membership but alas some years later they had a fire and never rebuilt. Now there is nothing like that around here which is surprising in this day and age with all we know about the benefits now.
