    • I think you can find it in a health stores. However, if you have underline condition related to your spleen is not recommended, accord to Chinese medicine, just for your knowledge.

    • I have been taking the powdered version of it for more than 20 years. You can get it on Amazon, just make sure it is organic. I also take Spirulina along with mixed together with a tablespoon of Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Just mix it with water in a glass. It is an aquired taste though.

    • Yes. As the article states, you can buy chlorella in powder form, and add to a smoothie. I get mine at my health food store, where they sell it in bulk form so you can buy as much or as little as you prefer.

  2. I take this brand of chlorella and I also take the spirulina (energy tabs) from this company too. I’ve been doing this to help with intermittent fasting to help me feel satiated. I don’t feel as hungry when taking 5 tabs in am of spirulina and then 5 tabs of chlorella later in the day. My energy levels are wonderful and I’ve replaced my old supplement protocol with just these tabs to really see how they work; and they work wonderfully. I have received many compliments on my skin and have noticed that any saggy skin is improving dramatically too. It tastes wonderful just to chew them on an empty stomache…your mouth does turn green but that shouldn’t deter you from doing this…it goes away quickly:)

    • that’s a really good idea! I have used spirulina in the past when doing a full fast; yes, they really do help stave off hunger, and psychologically, you know that your body is receiving nutrition, so the fast isn’t as stressful

  5. Unfortunately every time Ive tried to take chlorella, during a fast and wanting to use it as a binder during flushes, the result has been me vomiting copiously for up to an hour.

    • Don’t do that for a flush. Best use fairly warm water and pink salt for a flush wile fasting, recommended for a salt water flush i a quart of water, but I have found over many years that for me a pint of water is just fine. Then stay close to a toilet as it runs through fairly fast. I used to teach fasting and other nutritional healing techniques.
