- Raw Spinach
- Raw Kale

- Walnuts and/or Almonds
- Sunflower Seeds and/or Pumpkin Seeds
- Boiled Egg(s)

- Olive Oil
- Fresh Lemon Juice

Use these ingredients in the quantities you prefer. Slice, dice, shave and cube the ingredients as you prefer. If you don’t like any of these foods, it’s okay to leave some out.
